Bereavement
Grief or loss can is a very personal journey, having a safe space to explore your feelings is very important. I provide a safe space so that you have the opportunity to explore your feelings and feel listened to and heard. Grief and loss are a process which at times can leave a person feelings lonely, angry, confused, anxious etc.
Child / young person Depression
Children, can be low and this can impact on their relationships with their families, friends, school and hobbies. Depression can inhibit and demotivate and can have an impact on school attendance. Learning to understand the triggers and how to manage them is important.

Stress Busters
This is a full day workshop can be for anyone. Although I do not mix age groups. It will be a children’s group or adults’ group. I can work at an agreed venue. Such as your school, or workplace, or I can arrange a venue near you? The workshop is carried out over 5 hour, at the end of the workshop, the attendees go away with a certificate of attendance, a goody bag with all their work and resources that will help them manage their anxiety/stress. Attendees will also have their very own Stress Buster Plan to take away and use.
